WINTER RESEARCH FORUM
WINTER RESEARCH FORUM
The IFAS Winter Research Forum is an intensive academic and research program organized by the Institute for Applied Studies, designed as a platform for the exchange, development, and advancement of knowledge among students, early-career researchers, and professionals from diverse disciplines.
The Forum focuses on contemporary approaches to scientific research and provides participants with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of research methodology, data analysis, academic writing, and the development of scientific and professional publications. Particular emphasis is placed on cultivating a research-oriented mindset, critical analysis, and interdisciplinary approaches to addressing contemporary social, educational, and developmental challenges.
Through lectures, thematic discussions, workshops, and mentorship sessions, participants gain insight into the various stages of the research process—from formulating research questions to interpreting findings and applying research outcomes in practice. The program encourages active participation, the exchange of ideas, and the development of individual research capacities.
The IFAS Winter Research Forum also aims to strengthen networking and cooperation among the academic community, research institutions, and the business sector, fostering the development of joint initiatives and collaborative projects.
A distinctive feature of the program is its openness and interdisciplinary character, which enables the integration of different fields of knowledge and the creation of new perspectives in research and the practical application of scientific findings.
Through the IFAS Winter Research Forum, the Institute for Applied Studies contributes to the development of a strong research culture, the strengthening of young researchers’ capacities, and the promotion of scientific excellence within the contemporary academic environment.
